ο Collected Information: Name, gender, age range, country/region, occupation, mobile number, email address, company information, and business card.
ο Collection Method: On-site registration, online pre-registration, and exhibitor registration.
■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required under relevant laws and regulations, the company shall retain the information for the period specified below:
ο Retained Information: Name, gender, age range, country/region, occupation, mobile number, email address, company information, business card, and other optional information.
ο Purpose of Retention: To improve services, and for exhibition planning and market research.
ο Retention Period: 5 years.
Collected personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those agreed upon by the data subject. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you may request to access, correct, or delete your information through the Privacy Officer.
